RETURN POLICY

In accordance with consumer protection law, you have a 7-day return window starting from the day you receive the item. (The trial period is not a “testing period.”)

  1. If your item arrives defective or incomplete, contact us with your order number, photos, and unboxing video if available. We will arrange a replacement or resend missing parts.
  2. Please return the item in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, and invoices. Use the original shipping box when possible.
  3. If returning part of an order causes the total amount to fall below the threshold for a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned.
  4. Minor damage to packaging does not indicate prior use. For returns caused by personal reasons (wrong item, duplicate order, etc.), shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  5. International orders are not eligible for return. If a defective or incorrect item is received, please contact customer service within 7 days from delivery for assistance. Parcels returned without approval or with “freight collect” will not be accepted.

⛆ REFUND

  1. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund:
  2. Credit Card / LINE Pay: Refund will be reversed to your bank; approx. 14 business days.
  3. ATM Transfer: Refund will be sent back to your original account.
  4. Convenience Store COD: Refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide; approx. 14 business days.
