SHIPPING — Delivery Information

  • Once your parcel arrives at the designated convenience store, you will receive an SMS the following afternoon. Please pick up within the store’s 7-day holding period. Uncollected parcels will be recorded as one missed pickup.

  • When collecting your parcel, provide your name and the last three digits of your phone number. If you cannot pick up in person, a family member or friend may do so.

  • For prepaid orders, simply pick up the parcel—no additional payment needed. Please bring ID to avoid disputes.

  • If a parcel is not picked up or is refused, it will be returned and the order will be automatically canceled. The item cannot be resent; please place a new order if needed. Accounts with three missed pickups will be restricted from using this shipping method.

  • Convenience-store pickup time limits are set by the stores and cannot be adjusted. If you did not receive an email notification, it may be due to connection issues or inbox capacity. Please check email settings.

  • If you did not receive an SMS, it may be due to poor signal, full SMS storage, or carrier-level ad-blocking. You may check shipping status via: Member Login → Order History.

  • If your chosen convenience store temporarily suspends service (e.g., remodeling), please:
    A. Visit the store locator to confirm another available branch
    B. Provide the updated store name via customer service chat
    C. We will re-arrange shipment accordingly
